Q1. Can I have a custom design?
A1: Yes. We specialize in the production of custom glass bottles. We have a very professional design team Can help our customers to design any kind of glass bottle. Or please provide your own drawings. It takes 15-20 working days to make new molds and make samples.
Q2. What about delivery time?
A2: For new products, the sample delivery time is 20~25 working days, and the bulk delivery time is 20~30 working days after payment. It depends on the quantity. If we have stock, it can be shipped within 3 days once the order is confirmed.
Q3. Can we get your free sample?
A3: 1). For stock products, free samples, but you have to pay for express delivery.
2). For new products or customized products, we will charge a sample fee, which will be refunded once the order is confirmed. Please understand that we send many samples every month, so we get pretty good discounts from DHL, FEDEX, TNT and UPS, I will provide your confirmation before the samples go out. I will also take pictures before the samples are delivered.
Q4. What is your payment term?
A4: Our normal payment term is T/T, 30% deposit and 70% balance with copy of B/L. But if you need other payment terms, such as a letter of credit at sight, it is also acceptable.
Q5. Do you have other related products?
A5: Yes, we have. We provide you with accessories such as aluminum caps and corks. We can make printing carton together. When you receive bottles with cartons, you can reuse those cartons.
Q6. If there are any problems, what are our solutions?
A6: Please take a photo to show all the details clearly, once it is a quality problem, I will replace the bad one in the next order. If it's not a quality problem, I'll try my best to help you.
